Arm Blaster Workout

Todays workout was a bit of a change from my current Wendler 5/3/1 routine as I fancied something different. I was directed to one of Ez’s workouts from FlexDem TV on YouTube Called 30 min arm blaster

The simplicity of this really spoke to me so I did my own slight variation.

For me it was 30 mins of

Tricep Pushdowns                  &                   Standing EZ-Bar Curls

Just as in the Flexdem one I did each exercise to failure and moved immediately to the next and repeat until my 30 mins was complete. No rest, no breaks just sheer lactic acid building fun. Thats it really, super simple and super muscle pumping. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed.
