1000 Press-up Challenge
How about this, just 33-34 press-ups per day for a month and you’ll get over 1000 Press-ups done. That’s got to make a decent impact on your body and all for just a few minutes each day.
You could do this in any combination you wish, such as 3×12 (Morning, Noon, Night) or 2x 17 (Morning and Night) or alternatively you could do 45 press-ups for 6 days then take the 7th day off and repeat.
