A simple tip to help you make more positive than negative choices.
Everytime you make a positive decision (eat an on plan Meal for example) then simply place a marble in a jar. If however you have a little slip or eat something you otherwise wouldn’t then remove a marble.
The trick is to have marbles in the jar at the end of each week, that way you’ll know you made more positive choices than negative and your moving forwards towards your goals. Simples.
