Same ingredients, two ways to eat.
I made some chunky salsa and had too many ingredients so decided to blitz some up to make a tasty tomato Dip too.
Some recipes call for the tomato to be skinned and de-seeded but I prefer to leave them intact. The choice is yours really.
Lime juice (fresh or bottled)
Salt (to taste)
Chop up the onion, tomatoes and chilli as finely or chunky as you wish.
Mix together and add lime juice a little at a time until to your taste. Add in chopped coriander if you like it (I don’t)
As above but blitz it in a blender.
