Spinach Omelette

A great way to get extra leafy greens (spinach in this case) into your diet for “free”  as in your already eating the omelette so why not add some in. If like me you struggle with eating enough greens then this is awesome as you literally can’t taste the spinach.

Method
Just make your omelette as you normally would except blitz your eggs along with a couple of handfuls of spinach, simples.
If you don’t have a blender then firstly, why not? But more importantly you can just chop the spinach up finely and it has the same result, in fact it comes out a LOT less green.
