Push/Pull Conditioning

Conditioning one for sure.
Do 10 Bench Press then 1 Burpee/pull-up, then straight back and do 9 Bench Press and 2 Burpee/pull-ups… Keep going until your at 1 Bench Press and 10 Burpee/pull-ups.
