You could call this one ingredient Ice-cream if you wanted Banana flavour, and there I’ve let the cat out of the bag already.
The key ingredient to this is Frozen Banana slices.
Just think now you can enjoy your Ice-cream without feeling guilty or give some to yours kids and far from damaging their health you’ll be adding in extra servings of healthy fruit.
Simply slice up some Banana and place them in a tub then freeze. Over ripe Bananas work great for this.
All you need to do now is blend them up in a food processor until they are the consistency of soft scoop Ice-cream return them to the tub and re-freeze.
I used 1 heaped tablespoon of Peanut butter to 2 Bananas.
We have many more flavours to come and will be experimenting with them in them in the coming weeks.
