Bodyweight Triplet WOD

Simple as ever. Do your maximum amount of pull ups, followed by your maximum number of Inverted Rows finally hold Plank with your hands on the rings/TRX for as long as you can with good form. Then repeat 5 times

Mini Kettlebell Workout

All you need for this quick workout is a range of 5 Dumbbells or Kettlebells. I used 12, 14, 20, 24 and 30kg Simply do 10 Kettlebell Swings, followed by 10 Goblet Squats on each weight starting with the lightest.
