It might not look fancy but it sure does taste great and is a firm favourite with our kids. This serves as a great way to get those awesome leafy greens into your children’s diet.
Ingredients
Potatoes
Cabbage peas
Spring onion
Bacon
You can use left over potato & cabbage or steam some before hand.
Method
Fry off bacon and spring onion on medium heat almost cooked through, add in your peas and cook for a further 5 mins before adding in your potatoes and cabbage.
Mash in the pan with your potato masher.
One combined flatten out and turn every few mins to fry it off.
There you go, what could be more simple? Best of all, only 1 pan to wash up.
