Pre-cooked beef with chilli seasoning
This was made as part of our Budget Dinners post, the purpose of which is to show you how easily and cheap it can be to eat healthier.
Add the stir fry mix to a hot wok and slice the beef into strips, add some say sauce. Once the Stir-fry is almost done, add the beef to warm it through.
That’s it quick and easy.
Obviously you could make your own Stir-fry mix with peppers, onions, bean sprouts etc but the purpose of this post is quick and easy.
