Another quick and easy recipe from our Budget Dinners post. Whilst I used Cajun seasoning, you could use any herb or spice you wish.
Pre-cooked Cajun Chicken pieces
You could add any vegetables you wish such as broccoli, sweetcorn, onion etc.
Add 1/2cup of white rice to a pan of boiling water. Whilst this is cooking, slice up a pepper and add both the peppers and chicken to a wok with a little olive oil. Once the rice is cooked and the chicken/peppers are hot, your ready to go.
