Pan-fried Halloumi


This is a great side dish or addition to a tasty salad.

Simply slice the halloumi about 1cm thick and add to a hot frying pan with a splash of olive oil or coconut oil in.
After a few mins turn over and leave until a light brown texture is achieved.

That’s it quick and simple. You can also grill it or best of all have it on a BBQ.
