Mini Kettlebell Workout

All you need for this quick workout is a range of 5 Dumbbells or Kettlebells.
I used 12, 14, 20, 24 and 30kg
Simply do 10 Kettlebell Swings, followed by 10 Goblet Squats on each weight starting with the lightest.

This can be used as a stand alone WOD when your stuck for time (do a few rounds) or as a warm up for a bigger workout.
