Banana Pancakes


This recipe for super healthy pancakes couldn’t be easier.

1 Ripe Banana
2 Eggs

Mash up the banana as fine as possible.
Add the 2 Eggs and beat.
Now heat up a frying pan with a spot of oil/butter and add mixture. I prefer to make several smaller pancakes but that’s up to you. Once bottom is cooked then flip ’em over.

Grab them while they are warm.

These make an awesome lower carb, gluten free alternative to regular pancakes and are a great post workout snack.
