Ingredients
3x Ripe Avocado
1x Small red onion
2x Tbsp Lime juice
1-2 chopped chilli’s or chilli hot sauce
1x Tomato
Salt & Pepper
Method
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes then place in a pestle and mortar along with chilli. Smash them up and season to taste.
Scoop out the avocado and mash up with a fork.
Stir all together and enjoy.
If you don’t have a pestle then just chop finely then mix in a bowl and stir/crush with the back of a spoon.
If your not eating immediately then add the stones in as they help to prevent the avocado from going brown.
