Method
-Fry off mince
-Chop up onions and peppers and add to mince
-Once onions and peppers are softened then add carton of tomatoes, tbsp Worcestershire sauce, tsp mustard powder, herbs/salt & pepper to taste.
-Leave to simmer for 20mins
-Optional, 5 mins from end add 1/2 bag chopped spinach
