I got this super simple recipe from Brett at Zen Triathlon. They make an awesome snack to replenish your body especially after a heavy cardio session. The quality fats, added salt and that bit of spice is just what you need.
1. Halve the avocado
2. Carefully criss-cross cut each half, being careful not to cut through the skin
3. Add salt, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne.
4. Then just work the oil into the gaps, grab a small spoon and enjoy.
