Ingredients
1. Chicken drumsticks or thighs
2. Cajun spice (or spices of your choice)
3. Olive oil
Directions
Simply sprinkle your spices over the chicken, pat them down and make sure it’s covering the whole drumstick.
Drizzle with a little olive oil
Slam them in a pre-heated oven at 190 for about 35-40 mins until they are cooked through.
It’s that simple, now either enjoy them hot or chuck them in a tub in the fridge for quick healthy snacks whenever you feeling peckish.
